2020 Recap
Whether it was giving us time to listen to our favorite podcasts, navigating political discussions at work, or simple takeaways and lessons learned lessons while sheltering in place we know one thing is true. We sure do have a lot to be grateful for, and even more to look forward to in 2021.

2020
ABI established a new partnership with Southwestern Health Resources.
Southwestern Health Resources selected us to lead brand management and help expand their brand awareness across North Texas.
Launched our own newsletter – SWAY
Taking our own advice to heart, we created a way to keep our clients, potential clients and fans informed of all the exciting work we’ve been doing.
Took a deep dive.
As another way to provide additional value to our clients, potential clients and fans, we launched our Deep Dive Speakers series.
The 2020 U.S. Census ended.
With multiple extensions to the deadline, the count of Dallas County concludes for 2020.
Helped Santa take a flexcation.
Despite COVID-19, ABI continued some marketing efforts for DFW Prepaid Parking. Campaigns focused on flexcation, holidays and discount offers resulting in $1 million in PPO sales since March 2020.
Re-Imagine RedBird is the 2019 Dallas-Ft. Worth Best Real Estate Deal of the Year Winner.
The 94-acre project aims to turn the former Southwest Center Mall into a high-class mixed-use development.
ABI's VP becomes an Ad Council Advisory Committee Member.
Where creativity and causes converge, Dawn Davidson plans to make a difference beyond the advertising industry.

Named to the Adweek Fastest Growing List – as well as the Top 5 Fastest Growing US Agencies in the Southwest.

Philanthropy was on our minds as our team made sure to give back this year, both professionally and personally.
Launched Forest Forward.
Just in time for the holidays, we launched a donation landing page for Forest Forward. Their goal is to restore the Forest Theater as an anchor for a Purpose Built Community to help restore and revitalize South Dallas.

ABI Wins Dallas County Census contract.
ABI learns that we've been awarded the Dallas County Census contract. In partnership with the City of Dallas, we set out to count everyone. We'd go on to pitch the Texas Census later in the year.
The 2020 U.S. Census began.
The first year to include online response in addition to mail and phone, we worked with influencers, community leaders and partners to adjust our plan to count everyone in Dallas County.
2020 graduation went virtual.
With COVID-19 interrupting graduation plans, we developed and launched Virtual Graduation to give graduates a way to safely celebrate their accomplishments with their family and friends.
The 2020 U.S. Census was up and running.
With the Census underway, we worked with social media influencers, community leaders and partners to help count Dallas County. This was in addition to the creative work we developed for digital, phone and direct mail outreach.
Completed first 100% virtual ad campaign for TCCD.
With campuses becoming more and more virtual, it was time for the advertising for Tarrant County College District to follow the same path. (Watch the video below!)
Business zoomed.
With thousands of hours logged, we confirmed our long-held belief that creativity can take place anywhere at any time. We are looking forward to a return to in-person brainstorming, though.

ABI released its 2020 Agency Leaders Yearbook to provide analysis of the leadership teams of the top 25 agencies named by the Dallas Business Journal.
Team Highlights
Wrapping up his internship, QaVonte Williams was hired to our in-house video department as a Junior Digital Art Director.
Our first hire of 2020, Jose Palos was recruited by the Account Service team to manage clients, including DCC, DFW and RedBird.
Satish Dusa, our Senior Art Director, celebrates his 4th year with the company.
Challenged agencies to Keep It 100.
As early voting started, we issued the “Keeping It 100 Challenge” to other agencies. We wanted them to spread the message of encouraging
voter participation.
We Are ABI Campaign Launch.
ABI launched the "We Are" campaign to showcase our expertise in education, healthcare, non-profit, and travel/transportation industries.
