The City of Fort Worth originally approached ABI three years ago when it needed to re-enroll all 7,000 employees in its new healthcare program.
The ABI team helped the City launch a multi-pronged, internal communications and education campaign that saw a 99.7% response rate! This campaign was honored by PR Daily’s Video & Visual Awards in the internal communications category. We have since aided the City on this same campaign in all the years that’ve followed. We’ve also rewritten and developed the city’s internal communication guides for wellness and benefits, wherein we presented complex information through inviting and digestible design.
