The creativity will be visible as we share the optimism and influence others to join with Reimagine Redbird as they redevelop a community around the former Red Bird Mall.
Who is Reimagine RedBird?
Reimagine RedBird is a 94-acre mixed-use development with its sights on revitalizing Southern Dallas County. Named the 2019 Deal of the Year By Dallas Business Journal, the development aims to build a hub for healthcare, retail, commercial and residential spaces into a uniquely urban environment.
Their vision is to return RedBird as the heart and hallmark of the community. They want the location to attract families across Dallas, particularly those in the southern sector of Dallas and even surrounding cities like Midlothian, Waxahachie and Red Oak – who make it a destination for living, shopping, working and entertainment. RedBird’s history is interwoven into the very fabric of the community and this new development is positioned to continue to make that history vibrant and storied.
Where will we make an influence?
To help spread the optimism (and more importantly spur the support of community leaders, investors and tenants) while building awareness for the development we have been heavily involved in every aspect of communications. From branding, research and strategic planning to event planning and execution, public relations, and ongoing website development, we have been tireless partners in this project.
Our aim is to increase interest and awareness so that the families who are the target audience will choose to make RedBird Development their primary destination to live, work, shop, dine and stay.
