ALPHA BUSINESS IMAGES LAUNCHES NEW DALLAS HOUSING AUTHORITY WEB SITE: WWW.DHADAL.COM



DALLAS— Alpha Business Images, LLC, a Dallas-based boutique design and communications agency, today finished a complete renovation of the Dallas Housing Authority (DHA) web site.

With the advent of the new web site — www.dhadal.com — North Texas' largest provider of affordable housing now offers easier acces to its programs for clients, vendors and the community. The web site’s redesign puts information that can be life changing for struggling families or vital for landlords within a few clicks of DHA’s homepage.

In the works for almost two years, the new site uses interactive icons to present agency information in an easily identifiable and accessible manner. And as DHA continues to expand, the web site’s increased functionality and capabilities will stretch alongside.

“The new web site makes it even easier for every single family, landlord or business partner who needs help or information to find exactly what they need,” said Ann Lott, DHA president and CEO. “We are raising the bar on the services we provide, and the web site makes that clear.”

The web site often serves as the first introduction to DHA for many visitors. Accordingly, it breaks down complex government jargon into a much more readable format. The layout and graphics more effectively communicate DHA’s uplifting and essential objectives. The message of economic independence and self-sufficiency are paramount for moving low-income families toward their goals.

Clients, landlords, vendors and others DHA’s online communications portal seeking housing program applications, legal notices, landlord guides, contract opportunities and more. Now, visitors click one of four information paths covering everything from government grants to the history of DHA, the first public housing development west of the Mississippi River. Residents also can read news updates, download application forms and find information about home ownership.
