Tasked with raising the profile and customer base for the “Earn It! Keep It! Save It” Program - ABI connected Texas Sen. Royce West, along with other community leaders, to record television and radio public service announcements. The campaign also included: outdoor advertising, print ads, a text messaging campaign, and a phone tree, among other tactics. The Dallas office saw a greater rise in customers compared to other branches across the country.
